Hey all, just a quick note to say that we won't be boiling today. We didn't get enough sap last night to run the boiler. Hopefully we'll get another run when this cold snap ends, and in the meantime Nate and I are going to work on getting some of the syrup we've made so far finished and bottled. We should be back to boiling as usual on Tuesday.
